I'm not sure of the exact release date as the sources I know of keep saying Fall '06 so within the next few months.
Dealerships tend to be poor sources for certain information about their cars as their main purpose is to sell you a car. They may not give you accurate information because they'll want you to buy leftover '06 models.
You might want to look through the forums at www.freshalloy.com and see if you can find release date information there. It's a Nissan enthusiast club.

Rather than asking people here who don't know the answer or would give a stupid answer or a guess, why the heck don't you spend the time in picking up the phone and calling your local Nissan Dealer and get the answer there?
