how do I get rid of my girl friend without breaking her heart. i love her but she just isnt for me?

she is a great girl. love her more than anything, she just isnt marrying material. but she wants to marry me. we have been together for 2 years now. the biggest problem is she expects me to change all kinds of things about me but yet she isnt willing to budge on anything about herself.
