Yes. Hep B is a sexually transmitted disease just like Aids. When a man is excited clear fluid comes out of the penis before he actually ejaculates. You are playing a dangerous game always use a condom.

The cowper's gland which secrets fluid that carries the semen through the urethra will leak prematurely during intercourse, and can contain Hep B not to mention plenty of sperm. If you do NOT want diseases or babies do NOT have unprotected sex.....Pulling out is not protection.... Respect yourself enough to know what you are doing before you have sex...

yup , you can get HEP and any other STD he might have. the seminal fluid that comes from his penis before the ejaculation contains high concentrations of sperm and also anything he may have such as HPV, herpes, the clap, or herpigonasyphilitis. go get an STD panel done on yourself and make him wear a condom if you think he may have something

If you get vaccinated, you won't have to worry about Hepatitis B; however, there are many other diseases that don't have vaccinations. Hepatitis B is terrible. Don't have sex with someone that has it. It can be transmitted by any body fluid.
