do i get any kind of chance to find another job?

You have 30 days to pack up, say goodbye, and leave the US.

Of course you can try to find another job, but your visa is specific to your employer so you can't continue to use it to work for someone else. Your new employer will have to file a new petition for you and go through the entire process from scratch.
