I skated & did karate when I was younger and my legs are really paying for it. I run & surf and am in okay shape but my legs are really muscular and even though I'm 5'6" I always feel short & stubby because they are so big. Are there any excersises that I can do to make them leaner and longer?

well exercising would just build up more muscle so i would advice against that try walking 30 mins 3-4 times a week and alot of stretching (try quick callanetics legs look on amazon.com) now by legs if you mean your calf muscles the only things to do is reduce muscle either by starving yourself on only 500 calories per day (which isnt an option) or if it bothers you bad enough there is a cosmetic procedure (that works amazingly well) that wil do it and what is done is part of the muscle is taken out of the calf area (this is because there is usualy very little fat in calf but much muscle and this is only done in one location in the entire world please email me if you have any more questions on this

you cant make your legs longer best way to tone up your legs is running but to loose weight try this
exersize 30 minuets a day
eat only 1 snack a day
eat atleast 4 fruits a day *to help you forget about missing the snacks*
drink only water
write all the snacks you eat and how long you exersize down
REWARD YOURSELF: with something thats not food like a new cd.
