Contact your county courthouse and they will give you all of the information you will need to get married at City Hall. The basic information you may have to ask about (in case you get stuck with someone new) is license requirements, during of waiting period before you can pick up the license after applying, days the ceremony is performed and total fees required.

you go to the cook county court house or you can call ahead of time ask how long the licence is for how much it costs and also if blood tests need to be done. (some states still require a rubella blood test) and then see what the cost is for the justice of the peace and find out when his/her schedual is available and schedual.
