We have a couple in ours. They are great conversation pieces. We got ones that are balanced in the water & they "swim" like the real fish. We got ours at the pet store.

why not get some fighting fish, (Beta's) they are great and don't need much .They like the still water, but if you add a pump they love it too. Get a divider and but in one a male and on the other side a female,watch him make his maden dance. They are really fun to watch and don't cost much

Yes, and yes. But you'll have to use artificial water. Just pour the crystals into the tank and add water. But make sure you don't introduce any water into the tank. It will kill your artificial fish.
