dealing with toyota financial or burt wolf toyota in charleston WV?
have they taken advantage of you? i purchased in april they changed contract after i singed it! call aggitaite but refuse to pick up car how long do i have to put up with them. they call make threats but never do anything after you tell them to come and get it howlong do i have to wait before they will leave me alone or shoud i bring legal action against them are they lazy or what one suppervisor told me the car was not there problem. what would you do they tried to charge me 43,000.00 for a 06 corolla

that sounds impossible. i find it hard to believe that toyota financial would even approve a deal that you were going to have to pay back $43000. on a car worth $18,000. go speak with the finanace manager at the dealership and ask for clarificatioin on the contract details. as far as them changing the contract after you signed it...you should have a copy of the unaltered contract, right, make a copy of it before you go to the dealership, take the photo copy with you to the dealership, leave the original copy at home for safe keeping. it the contract was truly altered after you signed it, you have them by the balls. you will get what you want. if not, two simple words, attorney general.

Sounds like they are unethical and you are a very foolish person. Don't you read contracts before signing. They only did to you what you allowed them to do.
