She thinks I think she is only ok and we email/IM/talk on the phone. how do I tell her I like her alot but dont want to date right now because I dont want to take her or my focus off God? without her being mad or never want to talk to me? I really care for her and could see being with her a little later in life just not yet.

Depends how old you are and I'm not a bible scholar by no means. But if you are of age, I think God wants us to unite with someone and be happy together. Enjoy the world he created together. If you're not interested in this girl for other reasons just be her friend. This is a really deep subject because religion is different for almost everyone out there. I think the best thing for you to do is just tell her you like her but take things extremely slow. Nothing but hand-holding and a hug on the first date. Be her friend before you go any further than that.

keep your relations rolling as normal.Why bother about dating her if u are not ready..time change,situation change and sure your feeling might change as time goes by. so be cool..
