Hi!
If you mean the abbreviation for the United States of America (USA) is pronnounced:
U - as in "use"
S - e as in "elefant" + ce as in "century".
A - as in "army".
Some people say actually USA (as just explained) when speaking in Spanish, but the actual Spanish abbreviation for the name of the country is EEUU (Estados Unidos).
In Spanish, when abbreviating, the letters are doubled if the word they stand for is plural. In this case Estados (States) and Unidos (United) are both plural. Ergo the EEUU.
Now, if you by any chance are asking about the word "usa", which is a conjugation of the verb USAR (to use) in 3rd person, singular. it is pronounced:
U - as in "coo".
SA - as in "SAmoa".
Hope to have cleared your head!
Goodluck!

Estados Unidos de América (EUA)
Estados Unidos (E.E.U.U.) This is because in Spanish if you want to abbreviate something that is in plural like "Estados" (States) you have to write twice "E". And "Unidos" (United) in Spanish is Unidos = Plural, Unido = Singular. So you write twice "U" E.E.U.U.
