Target has several different funky lime green and pink shower curtains on their website. Lots of accessories too. Rugs, towels and even shower curtain clips. JCPenny's also has a line of bright colored bathroom stuff. Both are in the teen bathroom sections.

Target sometimes has a lot of colorful home decor. I love their stuff. It reminds me alot of the 70"s. I also noticed they have decor that comes from the Asian, India and African areas. It makes it easy to decorate your home in these themes. Good luck and hoped this helped.
