Doubt it if you get to see but he doesn't get anything in return. Plus it may label you a slut.
I remembered a friend told me a girl asked to touch it. So she put her hands in his pants. But then thats a mutual thing. She gets an idea of how big it is and he gets some enjoyment out of it.

Well that depends on if you want to see it hard or not. If I was asked that I would be a little offended. Why after all this time would you want to see it. Did you have a thing for him and would you do something about it? I'm pretty sure he would expect something in return I know I would.

if its the right place & the right time then yes, but the guy will def. expect you to do more then looking. so unless you're ready to do something dont ask the guy. most of them will put pressure on you at that point.
but yes they would def. show you.
and if you do wanna see it...then in a joking way ask him and see his reaction if all is good get serious and be like so lets see, drop them pants lol

depends if hes comfortable with you and is confident enough. if youre willing to put-out and he knows it, then most definitley; but dont ask to see it if youre noot going to do anything, you know? thats like someone saying "Look Here. 12 million dollars! Now go away." its just not cool
