Yes, by the sounds of it, as you described, your cat is definately pregnant. A cat's ipples usually only ever go bright bink if they are pregnant; though rarely they will while a cat is on call (heat), or after she's weaned the kittens, etc. About not remembering whether your cat is on heat or not; not all cats have obvious outer signs that they're on call. Nome cats are noisy, some are overly affectinate, some have a clearish discharge; and some dont really show it at all.
A cat can get pregnant the first time it goes on heat. There are documanted cases, though it's VERY rare, of cats going on call at 2 months. Cats more often will start calling anywhere between 6 months and a year. So yes, again, it's highly likely that she's pregnant.
You will know for absolute sure in a week or so; it sounds like she's be between three and five weeks pregnant, size of the stomach and when the cat's nipples goes pink varies from cat to cat. If it's a smaller cat, which it definately sounds like she is, then chances are she's in the lower end of that range. If she doesn't have kittens within five weeks, you know she's not pregnant. If she does, the she is. You'll be able to tell within the week really, anyhow, watch her stomach grow. I wold guess from what you've said, there's a 95% chance she's pregnant, though.
Do realise, that it is VERY unhealthy for a cat to get pregnant at 4-6 months of age. A cat shouldn't really have kittens until it's a year, even if it's mated prior to that, the kittens not being born until the cat is approximately a year. There are much higher chances of complications in pregnancy in younger females, meaning younger that 8 months; just because of the fact their body structure is not developed enough to birth the kittens right. Just because a 12 year old girl is ofter physically capable of having a kid, it's not the best thing for her, is it? Same thing with your cat.
Now, I would recommend you desex (spay) her when the kittens reach 6-8 weeks. And KEEP HER INDOORS. Otherwise, she can get pregnant easily within a week of having her kittens. A cat is physically capable of having up to 4 litters a year, though it is extremely bad for mummy kitty, and is likely to kill her from the exertion of it after a few years. And have the kittens desexed, as well. Lots of times, a vet will give you a discount for bringing a few at a time, rather than doing them one at a time, you can have them safely desexed as early as 8 weeks. Otherwise, especially with the boys, you'll have cats spraying everywhere, and fighting everywhere, around your house. And I have a friend who did much the same, she now has 12 cats left from litters she had before, just everyday domestic cats, still trying to give them away, and none have been desexed; she's just going to have more kittens this year. So best bet, especially if they're going to be kept outdoors, is to have them fixed.
Good luck with the little ones, and hold them from day one, it help ensure a good temperament as they get older.

Your cat may still be a little young to be pregnant. But it is not always nec. for a cat to show that they r in heat. Sometimes it is a false alarm.... cats can look pregnant but they might not actually be pregnant. There is a term for that but I don't remember. Wut you should do is hold your cat in your arms as if to hold a baby. With the tummy facing up. And feel her tummy. Don't be afraid to push down on it a little. But be be cautious and gentle. You should feel little lumps. If you do then thats a sure sign. And the nipples get bigger and a little harder. But if it is still early in the pregnancy you may not feel anything.... but keep trying after some period of time goes by.

i have a cat that has gotten pregnant 2 times and now she is pregnant again and i know that if you grab the cat by the arms like if you were trying to walk the cat with just two legs and you see a big round tummy and the sides pop out then that means she is pregnant. also when her nipples get big and swollen and pink that also mean she is pregnant.

she is showing all signs of being pregnant. but only early stages probably only couple of weeks. her food take will need to increase and i suggest keeping her inside cos u dont want her to run of and hide some where outside to have them cos u wont get them that way. also my vet told me to feed my cat a diet formulated to kittens as this has extra nutrients for her during pregnancy. hope this helps

It's quite possible that she is pregnant. Keep an eye on her and take good care of her. She's very young for this, but puberty for cats hits right around the age you said she is, so it could be true.

Yes, I think she's pregnant. If she's an outdoor cat then she may have gone off and gotten pregnant which explains why you don't remember her being in heat.
Congratulations, your going to have kittens. I love kittens, they're so cute!!!

Yeah. I think your cat is expecting. Though it is abnormal for such a youg cat to become pregnent it is possible. This is coming from a true cat lover. But if you really want to find something out then i recommend a trip to your local vet.

How many times are you going to ask this question? Or do you have two female cats that you think might be pregnant.....God, I hope not.
How irresponsible to leave a fertile female as an outside cat.
You should be shot.
