For one week per year Burning Man in Black Rock City would probably be the most hedonistic place on earth. You be the judge for yourself. Take a look at some of the pictures at http://images.burningman.com/ . This still may not describe some of the things you see like dozens of people giving full nudity body massages... really, you think it up and it goes (except violence).

Continents: Europe, Australasia
Countries: France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia.
Regions: Burgundy (France), Cote d'Azur (France), Ticino (Switzerland), all-over New Zealand for different reasons (wineries, orchards, oyster farms, just thousands of little places to stop and eat and drink amazingly high quality stuff that blows the doors off European produce), Napa Valley/ California, and NSW (Australia) for reasons similar to NZ.
Cities: San Francisco/ California, New York City, Nice/ France, Cannes/ France, Milan/ Italy, Geneva/ Switzerland, Wellington/ NZ, Sydney/ Australia, probably also Brisbane/ Australia.
You're talking about a place to enjoy as such, and lots of things to enjoy within, right?
