taught me two things how precious life is and each day is so important. I was planning to see the World Trade Center this weekend. How are we as people safe if we can't bring a coffee on an early flight? Why does our freedom and beliefs have to have the most awful effects on certain people. Pull the troops out, how can we change or help people (not the majority) if they dont want the help. It makes me think twice about having children.Where do you stand?

Sadly, the prevailing attitude is everyone equally vulnerable. This forces officials to try to make it impossible for anything that could potentially be used as a weapon cannot be brought on the plane.
Obviously this is simply impossible to maintain all the time.
Recent technology in ammunition has resulted in frangible munitions. Its a bullet that will not penetrate the windows or walls of the plane but will still harm a human.

The majority of Iraqies NEVER want our troops to leave. If we leave before internal stability can be maintained it WILL plunge the country into civil war and a new terrorist regime will be able to take over.
