What color should my highlights be if i have long dirty blonde hair?

Go for cool blonde hightlights. I have the same skin and hair as you. And everybody inlcuding my sister (who looks just like me) always asks where did you get your hair coloured what shade is that I love it. And my hair is pretty blond with the highlights but they match my skin tone - NOT like Avril Lavinges hair is now, she should fire her hairstylists. Hope this helps!!!

You could mix in some platinum and honey highlights. That's what my friend has and it looks beautiful. She had just the platinum for a while and it looked a little extreme. Mixing the honey in gave in more depth and warmth.
