Ok, I am work right now, and this girl that I am working with is annoying, I want to freak out. We work alone, and her laughing is driving me nuts, it's so unprofessional and loud. She laughs at nothing and everything. "Oh! You're stuck in an elevator? LOL .Which floor are you on? LOL. Are you OK? LOL." Another example, "Oh! You're stuck in traffic and going to be late? LOL. Call me when you get there? LOL" Argh, I want to smack her. I can hardly hear my phone ringing when she's laughing.

the first thing to do is to tell her calmly how annoying she is... if she still acts the same, well, say it with a furious tone, really loudly...

Be honest and tell her that you feel that her talking and laughing in the office is excessively loud and are very distracting to you while you are trying to get your work done. Said it as nicely as you can

wow..that sounds really annoying!! geez. well i think if it wouldnt hurt her feelings just ask her to be a lil quieter. or say u have a head ache or sumthing so she can try not to be so loud. i think that would drive me absolutely nuts and i know how u feel...so hopefully she wont take it the wrong way. it depends on if she gets mad easily or is sensitive..i hope that helped!

Tell her that her behavior annoys you in a polite way. She may get pissed off and be more annoying, but this approach might work. Also ask her if you do anything that annoys her. If this doesn't work, talk with your supervisor.

Some people laugh when they are stressed, uncomfortable in a situation or nervous. Maybe she is covering some insecurities with laughter.

Are you sure your not jealous that your not as happy go lucky as she is?
Are you a little too serious?
Or is she just a young kid and she's being unprofessional?
If it bothers you THAT bad, why don't you confront her and just ask her to be a little more quiet. say," Because,SOME of us are trying to WORK HERE!

when she stops laughing for a second, act like you got a text message and cackle like she does, do this more obnoxiously every 10 minutes for a whole day. she might get the message.

I would ask her nicely to try and be a little more quiet. If that doens't work, go to your supervisor.

Try to ignore
Tell her in a nice or joking manner
Tell her off in a angry, no nonsense tone (provided she's not your superior...)
