You could go to an allergist or a gastrolentrolgist.(stomach doctor)
Or you could see if the Lactaid milk bothers you. If it doesn't--then you know you are lactose intolerant.

Usually a gastroenterologist takes care of that. This intolerance is an inability to digest milk sugars in the digestive tract.
