Well you can't healthily do it most likely, but you can start and get there shortly after if you keep it up.

All you need to do is start eating less and doing more, start burning more calories than you take in. Try cardio excersize like dance, hiking, running, even walking the dogs regularly, and try weights or a toning excersize like pilates a few times a week (don't do it every day or your muscles will never heal).

A few simple changes you can make that will make a big difference are to stop or vastly limit the soda, junk food and fast food that you have. I probably only have soda twice a year and trust me I don't miss it now (tastes like sugar water, woo). Be more of a busy body. Be the one who gets the door, mops the kitchen, carries the groceries, don't be lazy, burn calories!

Drink water and get plenty of sleep. Don't get too warn out, that's a bad sign. You should idealy eat every 3 hours (small portions) this trains your body to trust you, so to speak, if you have regular intake of calories your body will never fear starving and will stop storing fat.

I encourage you to loose weight as healthily as possible (otherwise you'll just look like **** later), and wish you the best of luck.

you are able to decrease the quantity of energy you consume. pick some greater healthy meals and drinks to consume. decrease down on snacking. attempt to no longer have plenty junk nutrition or overdo it on dessert. yet that isn't adequate you besides mght could be doing approximately an hour of cardio an afternoon 5-6 cases a week. those that burn the main energy are working and stair-grasp. do no longer purely do walk it for an hour. Push your self a sprint. Make a objective for your self formerly you start up like i prefer to run 4 miles or i prefer to burn 4 hundred energy. do no longer overdo it yet provide some genuine good attempt. ingesting greater perfect and workout consultation greater is the final thank you to decrease weight. yet do no longer raise weight or do push united statesor something of that kind. which will purely provide you muscle, that can weigh greater suitable than fat and it will seem such as you're keeping the comparable weight. concentration on cardio workouts. working and stairs or boxing if its available

Weight Watchers is an awesome program, but if you already in pretty good shape I doubt you will loose 10 by then. Just watch what you eat and exercise at least 30 minutes and at least 3 times a week.

Diet and excercise. Try to shoot for losing at least two pounds a week. Cut out sweets and carbs(not too many carbs) and high fat content. Focus on veggies and some fruits. maybe walk on a tredmill for about thirty minutes every day until school starts. pace yourself if you go out jogging and if you go the gym, don't over do it. Good luck!

A safe diet would eat vegie's, no fried food, baked fish and chicken (skinless), no soda.
Also you need to exercise more, start longer walks at fast pace and graduate slowly into running.

Myself, I'm a male, 5'11", 29" waist, 40" chest and weigh 147 pounds. Yes I'm underwieght.

Don't eat anything after dinner and cut down on fatty and carbo things (like bread, potatoes etc). And EXERCISE. When you get hungry drink water instead of eating. When you get cravings for food, go outside and do something, or just get outside to take your mind off your food. Watching a movie with hot skinny girls in it might motivate you as well.

Cut down on calories, but still eat sensibly so your body doesn't start hoarding calories. Excercise a lot and drink lots of water. It shouldn't be too hard for you if you are diligent. Don't eat sugar or processed food, only whole natural food.
