I am 5' 6" and weigh 144 pounds. I have 15-ish days before school starts, and I need to lose the extra pounds FAST!!! Help would be most appreciated :P
Note: i do not feel overweight and am not considering risking my health. It's just that my BMI, or body mass index, is a bit high for an early teen. Thank you for helping!!

exersize 30 minuets a day
eat only 1 snack a day
eat atleast 4 fruits a day *to help you forget about missing the snacks*
drink only water
write all the snacks you eat and how long you exersize down
REWARD YOURSELF: with something thats not food like a new cd.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!! but since you are vegan and exersize alot you should be really skinny unless you eat alot of snacks

You should go for walks 2X a day: morning and night. Walk for about 1 mile in the morning and 1 mile at night. Eat salads and high protein meals. If you think about it you have about 15 days and sadly you can't really lose a lot of weight, maybe about 5 pounds or so.
Good luck, you can do it.

i'm no longer mushy with my weight the two. my sister is 14. i'm 13. She helps me lots. Do a minimum of 30 take a seat-united statesor crunches an afternoon. Drink an excellent sort of water and take breaks especially situations.

Eat less beef. Don't eat unneccessary stuff like cakes, doughnuts, desserts, ice cream, etc.
Exercise sensibly a little more -- half hour walk in the morning, half hour walk in the late afternoon.
In those 15 days, you can lose two pounds safely. Good luck.

become a vegan. its more of a life style than a temporary diet. but you'll shed those pounds right off. and fast. if not, you can go on a juice fast for like 3 days. basically drink fresh carrot juice, and other veggie juices (fresh not V8) and if ur hungry at nights eat melons.
*its also a detox*

Cut out junk food and soda....eat tons of veggies, drink lots of water and exercise daily!

cut the fatty foods and eat healthier foods so that u don't look fat when school starts which isn't a lnog time away if u think about it
