I am 22 and athletic but I have fat skin (like a thin layer of fat underneath my layer of skin) and I have fat thighs and arms. I dont have a lot of time to work out, and I try to eat healthy. What can I do to get the weight off and keep it off?

you have to do this on a schedule if u have at least 15 minutes a day u can go on a treadmill or go outside and jog to an mp3 player just do something thats very active and eat right (im not saying that u dont) but have a well balanced meal and eat smaller portions of food dont eat anything fried i dont mean to sound like a doctor or something but just trying to help

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

THERE IS ALWAYS TIME TO WORK OUT. A 20 MINUTE WALK, A 30 MINUTE TRIP TO THE GYM. UNLESS YOU HAVE 5 KIDS OR TAKE CARE OF 3 SICK PARENTS, YOU ARE JUST MAKING EXCUSES. EAT MODERATELY AND DO SOMETHING AEROBIC 3 TIMES AWEEK MIN AND STRENGTH TRAIN 3 TIMES A WEEK MIN BEST OF LUCK SORRY FOR THE CAPS

This is how i did it i was 185 ibs now 170ibs i eat one small meal a day and drink lots of water and no eating after mednight i lost it fast

My doctor told me that you should never lose weight FAST It is very UNHEALTHY, You should lose 2-3 pounds a week, If you lose to much weight to fast YOU WILL BECOME VERY SICK
