If you colored your hair lighter(blonde) even if it is just tipped or streaked blonde be careful. Blonde hair (even natural blondes) tend to get a greenish cast from chlorine. I'm not saying to avoid swimming, but wash your hair ASAP after swimming and if you swim alot I'd get a clarifying shampoo like Paul Mitchells Shampoo 3 or one at the drug store that removes chlorine from hair. I wouldn't worry a bunch. I lighten my hair and swim a fair amount and I've not seen any green in the mirror. But I see it in the salon with clients quite a bit.

it will turn your hair green even if you don't dye your hair, there are shampoos to wash the hair with to remove the green color

as long as u take a shower after u get the chlorene in ur hair, it wont
