Why is it that people say you act black or you act white? It's stupid.
Here's what I came up with:
Blacks are the only ones that use "ebonics"
White people aren't the only ones that are hypocrites with big mansions
Asians arent the only short people in existence
Hispanics aren't lazy so I don't understand where that came from(they are the best construction workers I've seen)
British people aren't the only ones with bad hygiene
To sum it all up we are actually all the same just with different tongue and skin color : )
Sorry if some of that seemed racist. I'm not looking for racism.

You don't seem racist. I feel like you do. I think we should take every person as an individual. You get to know someone and you like them or you don't. It doesn't matter what skin color they are.
I have another experience to add to this one too. I moved from the south to the north. Where I lived in the south the population was 49% white, 49% black and 2% other. We all went to school and church together, dated, married and had children together. I'm not saying there weren't racists there, because there are, but I am saying that there are a whole lot of people who aren't. I moved north and I'm in an area where there don't seem to be any black people at all. And a lot of people here just assumed when I arrived that I'd be a racist because of where I moved from. It was really aggravating. And the more I listened to some of these people who were lecturing me on what all of us southerners were like, I discovered that they were racist! Drives me nuts. Fortunately, there are only a few people like that here.

i live in california and you'll see "caucasian" people standing on the corners asking for money, food... but (and i'm not being racist either) you'll see hispanic people standing around home depot looking for work making an effort.
we are all different, but all human beings... one race, different ethnicities, different intentions (some good and some bad, unfortunately). we just need more love in the world... if we were in a time of crisis, i know i would turn to the person next to me and hope we'd help each other. humans need humans... the racism needs to end.
anyway, one love!!!

Yeah, and I'm so tired of seeing the racism here on Answers as well, mostly directed towards blacks from whites with questions such as, "Why are black people so loud?" and "Why can't anyone except blacks call them ni--ers?" Then people on here assume that we all are ghetto and noisy and post questions based off of maybe their ONE experience in life with an ignorant black person. And some whites even find it offensive that all blacks aren't loud and ignorant and that some of us know how to form a complete sentence, I don't know about you all but I am sick and f--king tired of it.

You're great.. really..we're all different..and we all get and give scars.. the way you say what you see is special..they say the law of the Lord is perfect enlightening the eyes.and the whole law is that we should love each other..tolerating if not completely forgiving the mistakes.

Because most people like to put their life into little compartments, including people. It makes them confortable. Label things and people; life is good.

yeah i see cuz when I'm around my friends ( their black) and i say like that's totally cool and they ask me why you trying to talk white and i be like im not trying i all ways talk like this but anyway i see what you saying
