How old are you, Stephanie? How old is your brother?
Usually the best way to have someone stop annoying you is to ignore the person. As I don't know how old you are, I would presume this is a preteen or early teen problem. I would also assume your brother is younger than you. He'll outgrow it.
If you are well into your teens, and your brother is also, then I would recommend counseling.

You can't control how others act and what they do....you can only control how you react to it. Try reacting differently, bc chances are, you're giving him the reaction he's looking for....he's trying to get that from you. Don't give him the satisfaction. Makes a world of difference!
