Everyday... the genes keep marching along.

I'm sure, through cloning, and gene splicing, ANYTHING is possible.

I can imagine such things are possible, there are things some people can do, in this world that amaze people. For example, a mother's child was under a car, and the women picked up the car, and got the baby. Without any physicall problems afterwards. So it's physically possible, if the right adrenaline was rushing through the person, they can do anything, if someone can harness that power from a human, or splice it with some other gene, it's possible.

They are almost at the point where they can connect other genes with current genes, to remake creatures that have been extinct for millions of years.

It's only a matter of time, someone tries something considered unethical in the medical field.

No human mutants only turtles that happen to learn the way of the ninja.

Seriously, I think that through genetic manipulation we would cure many diseases. However I would not want there to be a real life "superman", cause we humans tend to do horrible things to each other. Now imagine if there were to be super-humans?

No, but mutants already exist and roam among us. Yes, ladies and gents, there are one-armed men, conjoined fetus ladies, 3-legged dogs and 4 breasted chickens. If that's not mutations, what is? That's the reality and it's not glamorous like X-men, it's ugly and it's gross and we're just poisonning our environment and making it worse!!!!

Sorry to rain on your day!!!!

Toodles

They're Here. Seriously though if science messes around enough you know they will figure out a way to make good and or evil mutants.

Super-humans.... probably not ever.... we will destroy the planet before we get that far....

but REAL genetic mutation already exists... if you don't know about this, then you watch too many Fox movies...

Cancer is a genetic mutation... so is Downs Syndrome

They already exist. Governments are always looking for and creating supersoliders and things of that sort. Just go digging into genetic research and you will be amazed at what you will find.

well DNA is a really complex thing so i guess many things are possible. in the 18-th century who had thought that one day people will be able to travel around the world in 28h

There are people that are abnormal, like really stretchy skin and having two DNAs, but there'll never be anything like Mistique or Angel... Nothing like X-Men.
