sleeping aids safe w/t antidepressants?

i wouldnt do that without consulting your doctor. it could make your conditions worse, or create new conditions that need to be fixed by taking more medicine, no one wants that, am i right?

I took Ambien along with antidepressants. You should ask your doctor though.
