Of course I know he won't, but it would be consistent with his strategy so far in the war on terror, wouldn't it? I think it demonstrates the futility of trying to identify every country that could be a terrorist stronghold. Terrorists could be anywhere and everywhere, and the only thing you can count on is that the next place they'll strike is probably where we'd least expect it. What do you think?

Dave, you must not have read my details, because that was my point. The terrorists are everywhere, so what good does it do to go to war with Afghanistan and Iraq when they'll just turn up somewhere else next?

Most of you aren't reading any of the details. The question was intended to be sarcastic. My point is that his strategy isn't working, because he can't declare war on every country that might harbor terrorists. Some of them are our allies.

I don't know why, but I was hoping for something more intelligent than childish name-calling and third-hand recycled Rush Limbaugh propaganda.

If ignorance is bliss, diehard Bush supporters should be the happiest people on Earth. So why are they so angry all the time? Could it be that even they recognize that their president is a failure, but they can't bear to admit it? Half the country didn't like him to begin with (his re-election was by the narrowest margin in history for an incumbent) and now about 30 percent of the ones who voted for him agree that Iraq was a mistake (last time I checked, his approval rating was at about 36%). The remaining Bush lovers can stick their heads in the sand and cover their ears and scream "la-la-la" like toddlers if they want to, but it won't change the fact that he's let us down.

No. I think that what happened today is proof that the war of terror is working. Instead of another 9/11, we have 2-days worth of news coverage to look forward. Unfortunately, the America public doesn't care about attacks that get stopped. I support Bush 100%, and I frankly don't care about all the technical details with the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I'm not the president, so I don't know the whole picture and neither does any other citizen. I wouldn't want to make half the decisions he does. I am, however, in the military and it amazes me how many people whine and complain about all the soldiers overseas...people who aren't soldiers. Truth be told, most soldiers want to be there and are very proud of what they are doing. Thank God a Democrat isn't in power or we'd be tucking, running and hiding under desks like we did during the Cold War and Somalia.

To late the UK is at the moment drawing up plans to take over the US first we pretend to suck up to bush, lull the US into a false sense of security.

Then when Blair nexts visits he's going to give Bush a good kicking in the whitehouse and take over the country.

His first act will be to make the US a state of Islam and import all the terrorists hiding in europe whilst exporting the US popullation to the North pole.

Be warned Yanks the British are coming :)

**** the terrorist lady they should all die. If Bush declared war on the U.K. the U.S. would have really heavy causalities on the ground, they might manage to take out RAF but the british army even with troop over sea could give a landing force a realy hard ******* time on the beaches in the fields and in the hills.

No, stupid! Go ahead and mock the one man who sees evil more clearly than most and is in a position to do something about it. Go stick your head back in the sand and pretend that Islamist Fascists don't want to kill all the Jews and everyone else they consider to be an infidel. You hate the United States, but we are the only country on the face of the Earth that has the will, the weapons, the resolve (except for people like you), and the courage to fight for the God given rights of others.

You sound like the spiritual descendant of Cain. "Am I my brother's keeper?"

No because Germany, Russia and Spain will jump in with the UK.

That's a flippant answers to a silly question. The war is against Islamic extremists, who are present everywhere.

the terriorists ARE everywhere, and the Brits are doing more than their fair share to help stop them. Afterall, they are on top of the list of targets, behind the US and Israel. I just wish the American public would get their heads out of their butts and take a look around at all of the sleeper cells sitting on nearly every street corner in the couintry --- i.e. convienent stores, and start doing something to stop the agression we are about to have here on our soil.

It wasn't the UK's fault so no...but I agree terroist are everywhere. The reason we causght these idiots before they bombed everyone was because Bush and The UK's prez met earlier and dicussed this before it happened. They were fore warned and were prpared to make arrest. But next time they may not be that lucky to be fore warned.

No, since the terrorists were British, he'll probably invade Iran. That seems to be his way of doing things.

Bush is LOYAL to Great Britain. In fact, he is loyal ONLY to Great Britain. He works for them. He is a traitor to the US Constitution. he is delivering the USA to Great Britain as a part of an ongoing effort to destroy us from within that began when his father assassinated JFK.

No, he will never start war against HIS motherland. He is a traitor to the USA, not to Great Britain.
