I personally don't think Jesus would eat at McDonalds if at all possible because he would know his body is a Temple of the Holy Spirit and he would want to keep it healthy. You will notice healthiness is subtly throughout the Bible. So, eating at McDonalds is not a sin but I personally think Jesus would not eat there.

I mean really; What difference would it make? He said if you want to be his disciple follow him. And he showed us how to live. He said it isn't what goes into your mouth that makes you dirty. It's what comes out of your mouth.

Well they do carry a low fat type of menu now, so sure why not?
