Police it the United States do seem to lean toward roughing people up a bit more that is proper. I think when they treat people in this manner that raise the bar for the next encounter.

No the largest majority of all police in America go beyond requirements to be sure everyone is treated respectful and properly. Normally those calling abuse are ones who have refused to follow the police orders or who wished to run and fight the officer.

And just why did you wind up getting arrested? Must have been some reason? Let's blame someone else... The Police!! Who else. They're very popular for blaming all unfortunate events on these days. Grow up and take responsibility for your own actions?

Stop your whining. Tell me how many more stranger on stranger assaults there are in comparison. Give me the stats on confirmed cases of excessive force and put that up to the actual number of arrests. I'm sure you'll find your instances of excessive force by police are far lower than you are portraying it...

So, the short answer to your question, no, you are wrong.

I'm thinking people must like violence period as the most
popular tv programs are full of all kinds of violence, so
people have become more violent; therefore, police have
to deal more and more with violent people so they must
use more force than used to be necessary. So, no I'm
not with you on this one.

they need to stop hiring those redneck cops who never been out of the neighborhood who use TV for information and the realization on how to really treat minorities etc so give them a gun and the rest is history.
