this is in every torrent client to reward the ppl who upload

A simple answer is YES. Don;t believe what the other FAQ is saying about the 80/20 upload setting so that download is faster.

Don't know, I never use them but if you want to download files faster then you need broadband or cable and the download speed is also depend on how fast the internet connection speed of the server hosting the files is.

No there two completley diffrent things. upload is sending stuff out, and download is recieving stuff. If you lower your upload speed downloads will be slower for the person download off you.
