I broke up with my boyfriend and moved to a bedroom at this guy's apartment,I didn't think anything bad about the fact that I was going to be living with a "guy" roomate...It's been a week and everytime we see each other we talk forever, even when I need to wake up early the next day I stay in the living room talking to him for hours...we call each other during the day , and last nite I felt that I wanted to kiss him and I felt that he wanted it too...but I got up and went to bed.. I don't want to mess up the room situation cause I have no other place to go...should I just let it happen... kiss him and maybe more? I'm a little vunerable now...cause of my break up...and I really shouldn't rebound....but I feel butterflies when he comes close to me...

In general is not good to rebound with a Roomie. Once you get through all the talk (probably him comforting and listening to you about you ex) then you might not have enough in common to build a relationship on! id say no unless you and he are both to keep it a Friend with benefits type deal for starters. It could get ugly if hes your rebound and you start dating after wards!

boy you are in a pickle.... but not really. you are right to have waited and even though it may have seemed wrong you were right now if that sounds confusing be prepared to even be more confused i was the first one to answer this question and by the time i am through answering this it would probably be closed... however, don't let anyone or anything come between your gut feelings just remember sweetie that the guidelines to a relationship even though that they seem to be none... there is one to count on.. 1] mi amigo[my friend]2] mi amante[ my lover]
3] mi amore[my life] if you can remember that a friend comes first no matter what happens that you will always stay friends ....
HA! HA!! as this is what your heart is going to say to you even though you have a break-up your heart will not be willing to co-operate with you... remember you can always go to a woman's shelter if you feel a need to. 1] LAW OF DATING IS STAY AWAY FROM MEN WHOM YOU WORK WITH & YOU LIVE WITH OR AROUND!!!! i hope you will make it!! good luck kiddo!!

Be very careful here. How long did you date your last boyfriend? If more than a year give your self a little time to yourself. I used to think it was b.s. but it worked for me. You may subconsciously resent him. Your feelings are a little mixed up right now. You may gravitate towards the closest person who shows intrest in you to cover the pain of the break-up. I did it to a girl and felt pretty bad about it afterwards. If you think it may be long term just stay friends for a while, and take your time. I hope everything works out for you.

If you take the next step, you should be ready for the inevitable consequences. If you start messing with this guy and then it doesn't work out it is going to make for a bad living situation. Personally, I think its a bad idea because it could become an ugly situation quickly.

Probably a bad idea. Cause if things don't work out you will need to find a new place to live or be stuck in an uncomfortable situation. But, if it truely what you want to do and not just rebounding then do it.

Well, if it's just the room situation, there are plenty of other places that have rooms for rent. If you feel this about him and you think he does too, maybe you could talk to him about it one night. Tell him about how you feel about him, but you don't know if it's a rebound feeling or if it's real. Talk to him and see what he has to say about it.

Well, its possible that you may really like him, but like you said, you don't want to rebound cause it could ruin the good thing between you two. Give it a little time and if you still feel like kissing him...go for it. I wish you luck girl.

It's only been a week? Give it some time. Be friends first, and then if it leads to something more, good for you. You don't want to jump into that yet, especially with the no-place-to-go thing

Move quickly to a different apartment, hopefully to a girl's apartment. Then if this romance is meant to be, it will happen without the constant temptation.

I THINK YOU ARE KIND OF WEAK OF YOUR PAST RELATIONSHIP AND YOU JUST WANT AFFECTION RIGHT NOW AND MAYBE WHAT YOU ARE THINKING YOU ARE "FEELING" YOU DONT REALY FEEL. I THINK YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR SPACE AND GO OUT WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT SO THAT IT WILL BE THE 2 OF YOU AVOIDING THE SITUATION. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU GUYS DO GO OUT AND THEN BREAK UP? WHERE WOULD YOU END UP?.
