Nope, it can't be considered rape because it would only happen if she was in heat and thus becomes known as an attractive nuisance. Now it there are vet bills involved, the owner of the other dog could be held responsible, but make sure your dog is inside when in heat or else you will have lots and looooots of puppies.

Rape is a serious subject. Given the age of your dog, you should probably keep the dog inside and take it out for supervised walks on a leash, and give it extra special attention and comfort. If you can't afford another dog, buy a stuffed puppy so that your dog may get used to the idea of other dogs not hurting them. If this is the only bad experience, your dog will recover in time.

Nothing. You should have either gotten your dog spayed or been watching her more carefully while she was outside. Then again...the owner of the male dog should have been watching his dog as well. I guess maybe you could make a complaint with Animal Control if the area you live in has a leash law. If she becomes pregnant and you don't want the litter, you can either get your vet to abort the litter (while hopefully getting the dog spayed) or let her have the puppies and adopt them out at 7-8 weeks old.

No such thing as dog rape. Your dog was in heat and unattended. Male dogs can smell this for miles.
Take your dog to the vet ASAP. You can have her spayed or ask for the injection to prevent pregnancy. There are side effects however to the injection.

If your dog was in heat, then i agree, it should have been inside. However the other dog should be controlled. Take your dog to the vet to get examined.
If your dog wasn't in heat, then the other dog may do this again for no reason. Take your dog to the vet if there are any injuries and talk to the ASPCA or a local shelter.
If the vet bills are large, for eaither situation, you may be able to sue.

Well, they should've kept their dog in their own yard. Call the police and see what happens. You'll need to get a vet to record any injuries or whatever.

NO
Animals are different than people, often in the animal world the female is not a willing participant and may fight the mating, but that's nature. Animals don't rape!
