maximum of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do no longer say that "i'm a student so i don't get time for something". you have each and every of the time. consume in spite of you opt to. basically circulate outdoors in evening and play some outdoors video games. especially soccer, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you may. Play soccer on an known basis for an hour or 2 and you will see the variations.

exersize 30 minuets a day
eat only 1 snack a day
eat atleast 4 fruits a day *to help you forget about missing the snacks*
drink only water
write all the snacks you eat and how long you exersize down
REWARD YOURSELF: with something thats not food like a new cd.

Ummm.... First off, don't listen to the idiot who said to do lots of sit ups... that won't do anything for the amount of fat on your belly. You DO need to drink lots of water, but that's regardless of the fat issue. The ONLY way to lose belly fat is cardio and diet. Good luck.
