Basically you talk to it. If you want it to repeat the same thing over and over again for no apparent reason whatsoever, then repeat a phrase over and over again or play the CD.

The bird is smart enough where it will react to you and say something meaningful. A bird can read your reactions. Let's say if it's hungry and you say the typical, "Polly, want a cracker." The bird will say that phrase when it's hungry or wants food. If you pet it and say, "I love you." The bird will repeat that phrase when it's being petted. etc. Basically say phrases that relate to the action and the bird will pick up on it.

properly male birds are greater apt to sing and communicate than females for one element. This doesnt recommend females wont communicate. they simply dont discover ways to attain this as extremely as adult males. however the final thank you to instruct him is to easily seek advice from him. Say the comparable issues persistently and he will ultimately mimick you. you additionally can use a tape recorder in case you like so which you would be able to instruct him even once you're actually not there. comparable is going for making a song. Sing to him despite the fact which you prefer him to sing persistently till he 'gets' it. Doesnt count in case you are able to sing or no longer LOL make useful your songs and words are basic ones however. Birds have an exceptionally limited skill for vocabulary. they do no longer look to be human beings, they're birds LOL

See the pet bird bird cage training here. Not the best talkers. I would try repeating whistle tunes to see if he is open to mimicry.

There used to be old training records you can still find them online.

1. Go to MOOM (Museum of Online Museums)
2. Go to "Whistling records" (I think)
3. Go to the section of parrot training records
4. Play them for you parrot (duh)
