I would split your workout up a bit more. Your upper body is getting overworked by doing it all in one hit, especially triceps. Try something like:

Day 1: Chest /Triceps ( I do Chest Biceps but either is good)
Cardio 30 min

Day 2: Back / Biceps
30 min Cardio

Day 3: Shoulders/Legs/Abs

Rinse/Repeat

Should take a day off in between also, rest lets you repair. Drinking Whey Protein immediately after workouts will help build and recover muscle. There are many more supplements you can use but at 15 I'd stick to the basics. Maybe mix some Creatine after a couple of months if your not getting where you want to be

Not good at all....your working out too many parts in 1 day...I work out a lot and have experience and I only work 1-2 parts per day....chest, 1 day......arms, 1 day......and so on.....You need to work out 5 days a week doing different parts each day. ALWAYS take 2 days to rest everything.....Dont worry about how much you bench or squat.....your max. is not important to anyone........drink protein powder before and after .....this will help a lot......email me for more help....gotta run
