Sounds like you have a really friendly neighbor.whenever he starts calling dont pick up his call. You need to be honest with this kid, you and your boyfriend need to tell him that you guys just need your alone time. That you two are in a relationship and you need your privacy. Because you can ignore him, but eventually you'll just have to be straightforward with this kid. Its the only way. Does this guy know he has no chance whatsoever with you? don't flirt around with him or lead him on (not saying that you are) I wish you the best of luck..

tell your boyfriend you want to be alone with him and set a special day to put aside as for the other friend you could either get him into some of the clubs in the school to bug other people or you could not answer your phone what ever you want

Tell him to back off!! really, I would talk to the person and tell him you are not interested in him so stop bothering. If he doesn't stop you can tell your bf to talk to him. Worse comes to worse, just get a new number. If he goes and nocks on the door again you can call th e police and put a restraining order on him.
