united statesmilitary academies have produced truly tremendous leaders. and also some presidential duds. If IQ were major, you should all vote for me, because I outclass all of them. If college educations were major, you have to be having a barbeque with Rush this Memorial Day weekend. administration calls for a particular creativity, and an ability to encourage human beings without condescension, even with the circumstances, without pandering or delivers. It calls for a deep, unwavering ability of personality to get by ability of absolutely the worst of circumstances. (Repeat: "ability of personality to get by ability of absolutely the worst of circumstances.") that is the try of administration. George Washington did not merely happen from no-the position. Neither did Teddy Roosevelt or Dwight Eisenhower. IQ and academic information are lovable, yet regularly ineffective contained in the alternative of a reliable chief. I advise all and distinctive vote properly this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, yet no longer in straightforward words as regards the non-obligatory branch. The pampered poodles contained in the Legislative branch for sure want to be abode-experienced, and they have been a lengthy-time period probability to our liberties even with who replaced into elected President.

I was born there, does that count?
Midshipman are not going to be looking for any long term relationships, as their free time is EXTREMELY limited and they are expected to spend most of it studying. They cannot afford to get entangled with anyone trying to snag a man in uniform.
There is sooo much more than the glamor portrayed in the movies. Not every Midshipman becomes a Pilot. Not every Midshipman is going to want to risk his Commission by getting 'jiggy' with a couple of local girls. Getting involved with a member of the military is NOT easy, nor is it all fun and games.
Long nights wondering if they are in harm's way. months and even years apart. all the political BS that goes along with being an Officer. Standards to maintain, yes, even as the spouse of an Officer.

I don't know anyone who went, or goes to Annapolis. I know a lot of people who went to West Point. But if you're looking to meet guys, don't try military men. Guys in Military academies are extremely busy studying/training. It's doubtful that they'll have time to date.

Married to an army man, the time issue really doesn't get better with time either, I would say if your looking for a one night stand or a booty call you will have no trouble finding them, but is that really what you want. They are in training, not there to find long term girlfriends.
