Steak, eggs, bacon, and sausage, Protein breakfast drinks or bars (especially the one's from Atkin's diet { which the Atkin's diet really isn't good for you at all!}), and Milk and low carbohydrate cheese.

Seriously, though you NEED A good amount of carbohydrates if you want to function correctly throughout the day. Carbohydrates and Proteins work together naturally to give your body the energy it needs. And you need fiber to help with your digestive track. Remember your body's kinda like a machine, (Would you put oil but no gas and carbeurator fluid in your car if it were running low or empty on everything?)

Eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese. Everyone know these. However, did you know there are some low carb breads and tortillas out now? Last year when I was on the induction phase of Atkins, I bought some low carb tortillas. They are only 3 net grams of carbs per serving, they are a wheat tortilla. My daily breakfast was 1 fried egg with a slice of cheese rolled up in the tortilla like a burrito. Warning, these tortillas sort of taste like sawdust. As I moved through the diet and started adding more carbs, I moved up to breads. Oroweat Light 100% Whole Wheat has only 5.5 net grams of carbs per slice. There are also flour tortillas that you buy with either 5 or 7 net grams.

Good luck and good eating.

Eggs. Soy "meat" products, like fake bacon and sausage. Or real meat products (but watch the fat!) Fish or soup (hey, Japanese people eat miso soup--try some with tofu or greens.)

But eat plenty of fruit and veggies and fiber. You shouldn't eat just protein and get all blocked up in your intestinal region. Most people eat way more protein than they need and there's no point in it.
