Holyfield at his best was a very good fighter with loads of determination and the heart of a warrior! Muhammad Ali though was a supreme boxer and the fastest heavyweight of all time with great footwork and boxing skills. Ali would jab Holyfield and tie him up when he got inside. Holyfield would land some good shots but Ali could also take a good punch and he would fire back combinations to Holyfield's head. I believe that Ali would stop Holyfield in 12 rounds by TKO.

Although I am a huge Holyfield fan, I am sure Ali would have beat him. It would either be by TKO in an early round or unanimous decision.

Ali, just too fast even though Hollyfield is one champ that will give every champion in the history of the Heavyweight division a hard time. Its his nature. Ali would be too good.
