every time I eat a meal i burn off the calories I ate and so that means I will be burning off more calories than I eat......oh yeah and does your bmr change if you start eating less?

well if you burn off the calories you ate by excercising, then thats fine. dont over do it, thats all

i work out a little at home 3 to 4 times a week and i also take 2 apple cider vinegar capsules before meals, the capsules really work, i get them at wal mart an they are really cheap, something like $7.00 for 240 of them, they are with all the diet pills, well, good luck to you.

Exercise and cut the bad carbs and sugars. Cut calories to between 1,200 and 1,500 calories.

Unfortunately if you reduce your intake sharply your body will react as if bad times are coming and your rate of metabolism will drop. This is the downfall of many crash diets.

no. but think about --keep fit.
be happy and dancing for happiness is the best way to keep fit.
