I noticed that you asked this question in the Travel>Caribbean>Trinidad & Tobago forum.

I didn't think that anyone outside of our family knew about this secret!

My uncle Rudy has a large 10 acre estate in Piparo, in southern Trinidad. It is a gorgeous lush property with avocado, plum, cherry and orange trees. It even features a pond with Trini alligators. The proper name of the estate is L'Esperance but we nicked named it....

Guadalajara!

Thanks for the memories....

Well there is a city on Mexico, named Guadalajara, capital of the State Jalisco. (it is actually the third important city in Mexico after Monterrey and Mexico City)
But also you can find another city named Guadalajara at Spain but is smaller.

It is the second largest city in Mexico. It is the capital of a state called Jalisco and is located in mid central Mexico and is very close to the birthplace of Tequila and Mariachis. It is also my birthplace :)
