No. it rather is the cowardly Hezbollah that hides at the back of harmless adult men, women and teenagers as they rain terror on harmless Israel electorate. Israel has continuously given warning for electorate to go away a community that's a Hezbollah stronghold, yet some human beings don't have experience sufficient to return in out of the conflict zone, and that they pay with their lives.

1. Don't you find it rather odd that all Lebanese casualties are innocents, not one Hezbollah member in them.
2. Hezbollah launches it's rockets behind civilian cover in the hopes that Israel will kill them in their effort to destroy the launchers.
3. Don't you doubt for one minute that peace would be the greatest think that could happen to Israel. Can't you imagine the tremendous cost of staying on a war footing.
4. Why is Hezbollah censoring the network news agencies and what they can tape?
5. Why didn't you mention the innocents that are being killed in Israel?
6. The killing is being done in the name of Allah? Is this the peace that the Qumran teaches? Is this the peaceful religion that Islam claims to be?

They are not deliberately killing civilians and destroying the infrastructure. Hezbollah - like most terrorists - love to use humans as shields and then turn around and use that as a body count and condemn the world. It is ridiculous. And who is really the killer then? The Jewish army who fights like a normal battalion, or the terrorists who use women and children to make their "point"?
Additionally, Lebanon was stupid enough to allow them to settle into a developed corner of their country - and now, for the world to reach Hezbollah, they have to tear through the infrastructure... and the women and children...

Today, on a talk show they had a man who still lived in Lebanon in 2002.
The Hez came in and built a rocket launch pad not far from his house. When it was done, they built a grade school over the rocket launcher. Their plan, knowing some of the incredible fools in the world, was to plan for the Isaelis to bomb that rocket launcher, thus killing kids, to dummies like you can run up and down, lying and lying and accusing Israel of "deliberately" killing civilians. The Hez are incredible vicious brutes who will cheerfully kill thousands of their own kids to try to weaken Israel so they can kill all 6.3 million of them, including women and children.

When Hezbollah launches rocket attacks on Israel from civilian neighborhoods and builds schools on top of bunkers filled with weapons, what do you expect?
Hezbollah hopes for and seeks the death of civilians in Lebanon as a way to demonize Israel. They are the ones truly to blame.

OK, pretend you're you. 14 days ago, someone kicked in your front door and told you that you sucked. What's your instinct? Protect yourself and those you love.
This conflict is bigger - it has lasted thousands of years and probably will for a while.
I know you're asking about collateral damage (as it were). The problem is, some folks are upfront about the way they do things, and some are sneaky. I don't know which side does what.

Because Hezbollah fires there missiles and rockets from crowded places where civilians are. And hide among civilians where Israel is forced to attack.
So, in essence, they're killing their own.

Because Hezbollah is COWARDLY and runs into the "middle" of women and children to hide themselves. Then they "wonder" why Israel struck back and killed women and children. Also, it is VERY necessary to destroy Lebanon's infrastructure in order to KEEP SUPPLIES from getting in. If this means food and medical supplies also, then so be it. Lebanon has chosen her side and it is with TERRORIST'S and she should not EXPECT PITY ON ACCOUNT OF THIS!
