Being a veteran of many many breakups I know that It can raise havoc with your self esteme and you dont know how your world will ever be the same....Im almost 50....you get over it and maybe some day your time will come for that wonderful person to be in your life. The hurt will go away eventually. But answering questions has made you think about your problems you may find answers in others problems.and comments. There are crule people answering questions on here try not to listen to them...see them for the insecure people that they are.

Sometimes I get more stressed out if I am online too long. Perhaps it would be best if you got out of the house for a little while.. even to take a walk or something. Or call a friend. But get away from the computer. Good luck!

When a person is bothered by something, they tend to gravitate towards things that remind them of it. In your case, you are upset about the breakup, therefore, you keep noticing questions that deal with that issue. Go to the pets category or the education category. That's what I do when I find myself in a rut. I don't stick to just one category; I surf!

Keep yourself busy, it makes the miserable time to go a little faster. Try to hang out with your friends, hopefully they are good friends and will be very supportive.

WELL, FOR STARTERS, STOP ANSWERING QUESTIONS IF IT IS PUTTING YOU IN A BAD PLACE. THEN RELAX WITH SOME MUSIC AND CANDLES, GET THROUGH THE TOUGH JUNK...CRY IT OUT, AND COME ON BACK! HOPE YOU TRY IT! GOOD LUCK!

things happen but all you have to do is think about it in a positive way... things happen for reasons... and in the end you end up happier then before.... so don't worry about one guy cuz you'll just end up meeting another one
