No. You have to strength train for that, but you shouldn't start that type of training until you are 18, or have consulted with a doctor. Protein will help give your body plenty of amino acids to use to build new muscle in your body, but you have to work the muscles to build them up. GREAT BIG Body builder muscles are a result of overworking the muscles until they tear and the BIG BIG bulges you see are the results of strong scar tissue piling up in the muscle.

Protien powder is like a pile of bricks.

If I dump a pile of bricks on your lawn, they don't assemble themselves into a house.

You've got to do the work to turn those bricks into something usefull.

Same thing with the powder. It's just an ingredient. Then you need to go to the gym and lift weights.

Protien powders and bulk builder will help you gain weight/body mass but you need to exercise to cut the muscle in or you will just end up fat and flabby.

No. Protein powder is not like steroids that make u increase muscle. protein is a nutrient that your muscles stay strong and helps grow. almost like calcium does to your bones. did that make sense ?lol

You're better off eating more meat, and having the occasional protien bar

not without excercise. It simply provides nutrients for your sore muscles to use for recovery and growth after you have worked out.

You still have to workout heavily. Try Whey Protein and see if it helps.
