Well it is possible nothing could happen. It is possible an infection or something worse. You need to go to a public heath facility and get a test. This is the only way you will know especially if this was a one night stand.

The risk of contacting HIV (if said girl is infected with the virus) is greater with anal sex. First of all he shouldn't be having unprotected sex with anyone unless he is in a monogamous relationship. Not only is he in danger of contracting HIV but other STD's (if said unknown female partner has any STDs etc. )

Maybe he is gonna get diarrhea for the next week, who knows.
Tell him that he can catch a disease just as easily this way as any other and he should be more careful in the future.
Then tell him to go to the department of health and get tested.
And next thing is to tell him to stop being stupid, uneducated, and immature. Use a damn condom anytime he has sex no matter which hole he decides to penetrate.

First of all,he could have caughten something.IF he wants to go around,having sex,then he needs to be responsible and protect himself.You cannot look at someone and see if they have a sexual disease or not.Tell him hopefully he has dodged a bullet,and if he has been lucky enough to,then learn from his mistake.ALWAYS use protection!!!Sex is NOT worth his life!!:)Go to the "free clinic/health Department"and talk to a nurse.He can then get std tests done for free or low cost.

Nothing. The best thing is for him to go to the doctor. And get checked. But I wonder if he learned his lesson. You should not have sex with people you don't know unprotected.

Your friend is playing with his life by having unprotected sex regardless where he puts his dick in. If you are a good friend to him then talk to him about it. It is not his life only he may be putting at risk but many more if he is infected with something deadly or bad.

However, STD's are very very easily transmitted through anal sex. So, if she was infected, the chances of him being infected are fairly high.
Therefore, if he is worried, he should go get tested for the standard battery of STD's.

Nothing if she doesn't have any type of desease. I would use protection next time just to be safe. Also after you insert your penis into a womans anus never stick it back into her vagina because it can cause a serious infection in her vagina.

1) nothing could happen to him. if she ain't nasty, he just may be just fine, but he need to learn a lesson from that.
2)he could get somethin. that's if she a hoe, or if she did something ONE time with somebody else that had somethin'. But usually, when I hear about somebody getting something, that person is a hoe and whoever they did it with is a hoe too.
3)If it's any possibilities outside of them two, hopefully it's not goin' to hell with a pair of gasoline pants on.

If she's not infected with some STD (HIV for instance), he'll be OK. Otherwise, too bad... so sad. He should test himself to make sure he didn't "catch" anything otherwise he might spread something he might have caught.
