imagination can make you think things thru. It can make you think about great things, have great dreams ( and bad ones too), and invent things. without imagination you would be like a bird without wings, and could not fly. It means you need imagination to go far and do new things in the world, if you do not use it , that would be a waste.

It is also true that an example of Icarus remind us well that some more studies about reality, nature, phenomena, human features may help to escape a sad end and to create an aircraft, which requires oil, unfortunately, and may also cause envirinment pollution. It is very nice when imagination is balanced and do not deny a nice life itself. Maybe in the case Icarus was a good imaginator, he would not need to risk physically?
