I try gaining some weight but it's very difficult, can someone give some tips on gaining weight?

DON"T! You should enjoy life now and some day you will be trying to lose weight like the rest of us. If you gain weight now, you might get fat later.

It seems like you may be a little underweight, but visit your doctor before deciding that. If you are having trouble gaining weight, you could have a mild tyroid problem, or be hyperglycimic. Visit a doctor for a quick test and they can best tell you what do do.

eat whatever you want. If you wanna gain weight, work out and eat lots of breads and meat. You can gain some weight thje healthy way and look good.

I'd say slightly underweight (5 to 10 lbs. maybe) If you want to gain a few pounds, bulk up on carbs and dairy products.

you should not be worried about your weight at 14!! your fine!!! if you feel you want to gain weight talk to your doc about it as well as your parents. You can eat foods high in protein! most importantly stay healthy eat well & be active!!!! and relax

Gaby, you really shouldn't worry about that. Especially being 14. You may not like your figure now, but in about 5 years, other girls will look at you with envious eyes.

Your 14, your body is not through growing. Even if your height doesn't change, other parts will so don't worry about it. Just keep an healthy lifestyle.

no you are not underweight go to http://www.seventeen.com/health/bmi to see your bmi and calculate it and everything just incase your weight changes I am 13 and 5"10 and weigh 125 and i always go there to make sure i am not overweight or any thing

well if you really want to gain wait but not like some fat lard eat some bananas there healty for you so wont get sick but they will put a few pounds on you

man you are under weight you need to weigh about130 at the least
