I believe that God has a plan for everybody but the majority of people
will choose their way and miss what God had planed for them which
is a lot better than we ever will know unless we obey Him.
In Christ in Love,

I think we have a destiny planned out for us but we make most of it. There are those realy important things that happen that change your life and that is planned but the stuff in between is up to you.

-"All my life I’ve been harassed by questions: Why is something this way and not another? How do you account for that? This rage to understand, to fill in the blanks, only makes life more banal. If we could only find the courage to leave our destiny to chance, to accept the fundamental mystery of our lives, then we might be closer to the sort of happiness that comes with innocence."
There is no plan, only the one you form as you respond to the world around you. You make your own life and its value is judged by its impact on the lives of those you affect.

i believe we have a time to be born and a time to die .. so in a sense there is destiny ..
but how we get from one to the other is where free will comes in
do we get from A - Z by going around the mountain or up and over
do we make life easy or hard
do we stop at certain points for a rest
so i feel it is both

A little of both - we did not choose our parents, where we were born etc. which can contribute to the way our lives turn out, however, whether destiny is true or not, we always have the choice to stay on our current path or get on another one...

I do not believe in predestination. We have free will.. we have the right to make our choices be they good or bad and each choice we make shapes our life and therefore what destiny we may have. We make our own destiny.

We make our destiny to a point but there are lots of other factors involved as well. Economics, class and politics have an awful lot to do with it too.

We have no destiny. Life is what we make it. Life's too fragile to be planned out.

We all have the best destinys for ourselves planned out for us, but it is up to us using our free will to make that come about. If you dont its nobodys fault but the governments. : )

how boring life would be if everything was already chosen, i doubt that it is planned, so i say we choose our destiny conscious and unconsciously..if it was already made out for you then why do we have the ability to choose..
