Drop your BMI (Body Mass Index) to 10 to 12 percent..., you'll see your abs... Fastest..., don't eat and do alot of exercise..., it'll come off with time....

Well since I was in the Army and I was usually " a bad boy", they would make me do sit ups, push ups and crunches like forever,..LoL. and now my abs are rock hard,so I guess those helped alot

work out..crunches, sit-ups, push ups, yoga..I'm in acrobatics, its like gymnastics but the wieght just melts off! Try something like that..maybe swimming, anything that focuses on burning the fat off your abs..but any excersize you do will help and you will tone up everywhere!

like they said: sit-ups and such. with whatever you do, consistency is the key. My whole family has big flabby guts, but since I work out and excersise I don't have a gut like them. Keep it up and you'll be amazed at how good you look and feel.
