I love me a ham sandwich with doritos smashed on it.

Fried egg on toast, with peanut butter and mayo. Again, don't knock it til you've tried it!!! As nasty as it sounds.... LOL (did not invent that one)

Pretzels dipped in white icing.

chocolate squares from the baking aisle -- melt it and dip those little bitty ritz peanut butter cracker sandwiches in them and then let it harden.. Ya know, those bit size round crackers with peanut butter in them. Got me a new double broiler and was coating half the stuff in the kitchen with chocolate... and those actually turned out pretty good.

Quesadillas - i use monterey jack cheese and remember to put butter on the inside with the cheese to make the cheese melt better. Cook it in olive oil to make it real crispy. This works great if you have a wood burning stove. Just use aluminum foil ... and butter the outside of the tortilla rather than use olive oil.

Saw this one on tv -- on According to Jim - and I'm half tempted to try it. HALF I SAID !!! He took a stick of butter and dipped it into sugar .... and just ate it that way. LOL Called it a shame stick.

Okay, make some home-made chili really thick... then add a glob of sour cream and a bunch of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix it altogether and serve as a dip for Frito's Corn Chips. Yum!

A barbeque spam sandwich. My mom worked when I was growing so I had to come home and make my own meals. I'd put 4 pieces of white bread in the toaster, then open a can of spam and cut it vertically into 4 pieces and fry them in a pan. I'd butter the toast, then put two peices of spam onto a piece of toast, then put barbeque sauce on it and cover with another piece of toast. Then make another one with the remaining pieces. Don't forget the gallon of milk to wash it down!

THUNDERSTICKS - They are large flour tortillas with peanut butter, honey or jelly, raisins and corn chips. You roll them up tight and have them for quick snacks while hiking or just watching the tube. Kids really like the name of them too...

Sounds gross but...toast a corn tortilla directly on stove burner then spread with peanut butter...roll and eat. Don't knock it til you've tried it.

Weetabix jelly. Think spongey jelly like in a decent trifle, but I had run out of sponge.
